Self-regulation

Subject's ability to guide and direct their behavior toward some specific goals he has formulated and assumed before, through a process of reflection that determines what you want to achieve. Self-regulation continues through the planning of the action, which is observed and recorded by the subject. Subsequently, the conduct is evaluated based on the criteria established at the beginning of the process and it is determined whether it is effective or not to meet the goals. To finish, a performance correction is set, that varies depending on the requirements of the target and actions carried out. Self-regulation varies depending on the maturation level of the person and the difficulty of the goal to achieve.
